Reflections from M.A.L.I.
These reflections explore the themes that sit at the heart of M.A.L.I. Neuro-Somatic Practice, including belonging, attachment, embodiment, identity, growth, resilience and the experience of being human.
Part personal reflection and part professional inquiry, they offer a space to pause, think, reconnect and explore life's challenges and possibilities with curiosity, compassion and awareness.
Whether you are seeking insight, encouragement or simply a moment of reflection, I hope these writings invite meaningful conversation about what it means to live, learn, heal and grow.
We align technical insight with disciplined execution to provide measurable gains across operational, financial, and strategic domains.
Different Chapters of the Same Life
Two very different conversations left me reflecting on my own journey. One woman was fighting for dignity, choice and the freedom to shape her own life. The other was wondering whether she was ready to risk connection, trust and the possibility of being loved. Listening to them, I found myself recognising parts of myself in both. Different chapters of the same life. And perhaps that is where hope lives: in looking back and realising that often, long before we notice it, we have already travelled further than we once thought possible. 🌿💛
When the Wound Is No Longer Alone
Today, a relatively ordinary situation touched something much older. As I stayed curious about my response, I was reminded that healing does not mean old fears never return. Perhaps it means discovering that when they do, they are no longer alone. 🌿💛
