Supporting healing, resilience, and meaningful change through psychology, neuroscience, and neuro-somatic practice.
Dr Maliheh (Mali) Taheri, Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol)A compassionate space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with your strengths. Helping adults, children, young people, couples, and families navigate trauma, loss, life transitions, and emotional challenges through evidence-based psychological care.
My approach
I am deeply committed to supporting adults, children and families who have experienced trauma, loss, life transitions and emotional challenges. My work is informed by nearly two decades of experience, alongside training in educational science, clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience.
I walk alongside my clients through life's challenges, offering a compassionate space where experiences can be explored, strengths rediscovered, and meaningful change nurtured. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the realities people face as they navigate challenge, change and healing.
A Safe and Reflective Space
I offer a thoughtful and compassionate space where you can explore life's challenges, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with your own strengths.
Together, we work towards greater emotional wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, loss, parenting challenges, or life transitions, therapy provides an opportunity to reflect, process experiences, and discover new ways of moving forward.
My aim is not simply to help you manage difficulties, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life.
